Full Book Systems ("we," "us") provides digital marketing services to local businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information, including information related to text messaging.

Information We Collect

We collect contact information that clients and prospective clients provide directly to us: names, business names, email addresses, and phone numbers, provided through service agreements, our website, or direct communication with us.

Text Messaging

We send text messages only to individuals who have consented to receive them: business clients and their staff who provide their phone numbers and agree to receive service notifications as part of a written service agreement, and individuals who initiate a text conversation with us, to whom we reply. All messages are sent by Full Book Systems on its own behalf about services we provide directly; we never send messages on behalf of third parties and never send marketing or promotional content by text.

Message types include service notifications such as catering and order request alerts, content approval notifications, report notices, and replies to inquiries. Message frequency varies based on service activity and is typically low, usually fewer than ten messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

Service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages described above (such as our messaging platform) process messages as necessary to send them, and for no other purpose.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to deliver contracted services, communicate about service activity, respond to inquiries, and send the notifications described above. We do not sell personal information.

Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold and retain it only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law.
